Honest Burgers say they are on a mission to create more Honest experiences. They are craftspeople, who take pride in what they make and are always striving to make it better and we are proud to have been chosen to support them.
The founders, Tom & Phil set up Honest Burgers from a tent, serving burgers and chips at parties and festivals. They now have restaurants across the UK. They make British beef patties in their own butchery and rosemary chips that are cut and cooked daily in their chipping room. Every restaurant serves local beers from neighbouring breweries, and many of the restaurants serve local burgers using ingredients from nearby food heroes.
LEECH have done lots of their latest installations including Honest Brixton, Portobello Road, Liverpool, Cardiff, London Bridge, Brighton and Manchester.
LEECH also provide service and maintenance to their entire, and growing, estate of 40 plus sites, throughout the UK.

With outlets in St Tropez, LA, Dusseldorf and London, Dr Barbara Sturm’s unique, science-based products have achieved cult status with skincare devotees worldwide. The company ethos is about innovation without the use of toxic, harmful or aggressive ingredients. They use advanced science ingredients that are healthy, healing and safe.
LEECH were appointed to deliver the prestigious Dr Sturm Spa and Boutique in Mayfair’s Mount Street. The environment had to be clinically clean, hygienic and above all aesthetic to meet the exacting requirements of this premium skincare brand.
It was a challenging basement location with low ceilings and limited space. Access was difficult and everything was stripped down, rebuilt and recommissioned to install the multi-unit VRV system.
Mayfair is a sensitive area and our team were very conscious of the prestigious retail neighbours and kept disruption to a minimum throughout the project.

The last few years have seen an increase in the demand for different experiences and opportunities to make memories and Boom Battle Bar is set up to do just that.
Boom Battle Bar is the UK’s fastest growing ‘competitive socialising’ concept and redefining evenings out.
As high street properties become available, Boom Battle Bar are stepping in and creating exciting venues that offer a truly eclectic mix of crazy games, super tasty street food and incredible, Instagram-worthy cocktails.
All the venues are unique and the installations are bespoke. The biggest Boom job we have done to date is Canterbury which opened last year. LEECH undertook and were responsible for all ductwork, kitchen extraction, air conditioning and the cold-room. It was vast, but it didn’t faze the LEECH team. As they say “Feel the Boom”

Sucre is about open fire cooking, marrying wood with charcoal and the finest ingredients. It is Latin American cuisine from the heart of Buenos Aires in the heart of Soho and it involves a lot of heat and flames!
LEECH had to fit two fire-rated risers through a six storey building to a dedicated plant area using 60 metres of ducting. The ducting was installed, tested and commissioned in 3 days and because the offices in the building were occupied during the day, all the work had to be done at night.

LEECH are well-known within the restaurant and retail sector for providing best in class heating, ventilation and air conditioning, so winning the L J Transportation project was different territory for us and has broadened our experience. We have done offices and workshops before, but the L J Transportation win was special because it is a local business that we have known about for several years.
L J Transportation is an Essex based vehicle recovery company, supplying light and heavy recovery throughout Essex and Suffolk and specialising in ADR vehicle recovery. L J Transportation have a well-stocked fleet of over 170 recovery vehicles putting them in a perfect position to deal with all recovery situations. All their staff are CPC Qualified giving customers peace of mind that their vehicle is being recovered using the same requirements as their driver has, thus ensuring that the vehicle and its load is fully insured at all times.
The LJ Transportation project undertaken and completed by LEECH, was to supply and fit air conditioning to their new Accident Repair Centre in Heybridge for both the workshop and the offices.
