Whether installation or maintenance , Leech projects require co-ordination, organisation and attention to detail. The Leech team respect each other’s expertise and work together to create and deliver outstanding solutions for clients, across a wide portfolio of commercial businesses.
The family business ethos supports everyone at Leech and makes the team stronger.

Before joining Leech, Dave enjoyed a successful career in agricultural supplies and machinery. His transferable skills in operational management and business development have made the transition to the world of Leech and HVAC easier.
Dave is a keen cricketer and captain of the local team. He lives in a rural location, which suits his sons, who are crazy about farming, particularly tractors.
Dave’s favourite food is steak, washed down with a nice bottle of red.

Samantha is part of the Leech family and knows the business inside and out.
She grew into her role in finance, taking over from her mother and is now responsible for managing the Leech business; its clients, third party contractors and suppliers, and the expanding Leech team.
At home, Sam lives and breathes horses. She has always had horses and has successfully bred her own. She is a talented showjumper and her eldest son has followed in her footsteps, competing at national and international level.
Her only acknowledged weakness is a small obsession with champagne.

Chris conducts detailed site surveys; developing efficient HVAC schemes and preparing project estimates to meet the needs of clients across the hospitality, retail and leisure sectors. He oversees the pre-construction phase of projects, liaising with clients and contractors and works closely with the project managers to ensure a smooth and seamless transition from paper to premises.
When he is not in the office Chris likes to spend time with his young family.
He enjoys watching sport, particularly football and when he can find time he likes to go out running, recording his routes and times on his favourite app – Strava.

Livi is responsible for managing communications between Leech Group directors and valued client accounts; delivering consistent solutions and services in the timely and cost effective manner expected from Leech Services.
She spends her spare time in the gym, going to music events and exploring new countries.
She can’t resist a Club orange biscuit and her favourite saying is -“I believe in the person I want to become.”- Lana Del Rey

Jack is responsible for organising HVAC maintenances, HVAC remedials and reactive call-outs. Leech is always busy and Jack needs to know who needs to be at which site when, as well as what materials and resource they need to complete the job to Leech standards.
Not surprising that after a full on day in the Leech office, Jack likes to go carp fishing for some quiet and relaxation. He is also a bit of a petrolhead and likes going to car shows in the summer.
Jack is partial to a gammon roast dinner with all the trimmings.

Ali is a project manager at Leech. He is responsible for supervising the engineers on each individual project and making sure that the jobs run smoothly. He is also responsible for the safety of everyone on site and ensures the completion of risk assessments and method statements.
In his spare time, Ali likes to arrange outings for his family, particularly his little granddaughter.
Ali likes to say - Some ships are wooden ships, but them ships may sink, the best ships are friendships and to them ships we drink.

Wayne is responsible for organising and managing Leech projects at various sites, throughout the UK. Wayne has to make sure that the right materials are where they need to be on time every time. He also has to ensure that the project has the right labour resource required to complete the job to exacting Leech standards.
To relax outside work, Wayne likes walking with his family, or walking with a golf club in his hand and improving his handicap. He also enjoys fishing and watching football.

As a CAD Technician at Leech, Mark’s main responsibility is the production of and revising of meticulous project drawings. He also does ‘take offs’ of materials from the drawings and prepares the O&M manuals at the completion of each project.
In his spare time, Mark likes to walk or ride his beloved motorbike. He is also partial to a spot of fishing when the weather allows.
Wisely, Mark believes that - Sometimes it is better for someone to stay silent and risk being thought a fool than to open their mouth and prove it
